Role Overview

The Team Lead supports the store leadership by assisting in operational functions and motivating the team to exceed goals. Reporting to the Store Manager, they provide support in the absence of the Store and Assistant Managers, modeling excellent customer service and sales behaviors to ensure a positive in-store experience.

Qualifications
  • 1+ years of retail apparel experience, luxury retail preferred;
  • Proven leadership in sales teams;
  • Experience with POS, banking procedures, and reporting;
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills;
  • Passion for customer experience;
  • Self-motivated and collaborative;
  • Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Key Responsibilities
  • Drive a customer-focused selling culture and build brand loyalty;
  • Partner with management to execute operational plans;
  • Contribute ideas for store productivity and operations improvements;
  • Assist with onboarding and training new staff;
  • Coach team members on customer service fundamentals;
  • Resolve customer service issues;
  • Delegate tasks to maximize efficiency;
  • Provide performance feedback to management;
  • Ensure team takes scheduled breaks and communicates effectively;
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures;
  • Perform opening, closing, and inventory duties as assigned.
