YOUR ROLE

As the full-time Merchandising Team Leader, you are the Store Team Leader's "go-to" in developing and implementing the Merchandising strategy for the store. Your Responsibilities

• Driving sales: As a key LOD, maximize Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity, build guest loyalty, analyze reports and trends, and develop business plans to meet KPIs.
• Merchandising innovator: Coach your team to deliver an outstanding guest experience, maintain visual standards, and seize merchandising opportunities.
• People leader: Motivate and inspire your team, ensure high standards of customer service, and hold team accountable.
• Talent development: Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members to ensure excellent service and store performance.
• Teamwork: Provide ongoing feedback, conduct performance reviews, and drive engagement.
• Operational innovator: Execute daily operational procedures, support visual standards, and ensure the store is guest-ready.
• Integrity: Maintain safety standards, asset protection, adhere to policies, and uphold ethical standards.
