This position will empower and support a team of senior project managers, project managers and assistant project managers.

In this role, you’ll work closely with clients to provide strategic advice and have the rewarding opportunity to contribute to meaningful change through projects that enhance access to housing, clean drinking water, education, and community infrastructure. Our team is committed to improving outcomes where people live, while fostering opportunities for reconciliation, economic participation, climate resilience, and environmental stewardship. Join us in making a tangible difference and shaping a better future for communities.

  • Implement corporate initiatives related to engagement, diversity, and inclusion.
  • With support from the Principal and/or Regional Vice President, participate in performance management and recruitment activities to ensure the team is performing optimally and accomplishing its goals.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of six years of experience leading teams of project managers (or other practitioners) in the delivery of professional services.
  • Previous experience and aptitude in a leadership or people management role, providing oversight to a small, local, or virtual team.
  • A university degree or diploma in business administration, commerce, finance, engineering, architecture, construction management, or comparable degree (or an equivalent combination of academic and practical experience).
  • Effective leadership and organizational skills with the ability to effectively influence others and successfully resolve a variety of client, project and technical issues.
  • Strong knowledge of various types of construction methodologies, project management models, financial management, building codes, contract law, and relevant legislation.
