• Bachelor-level degree in education, administration or related field.
• 2–3 years in an administrative/coordinator role in education.
• Familiar with post-secondary environments (college/university).
• Proficient with Vector or similar academic management software.

Responsibilities

• Identify teaching needs for each session and assist in recruitment/assignment of teachers.
• Plan and validate primary assignments in the management tool (Vector).
• Process requests to modify assignments, including group openings/closures.
• Assist with supervision of internships and replacement requests during sessions.
• Communicate assignment updates and pedagogical instructions with teachers.
• Support integration of new teachers and coordinate with academic departments to ensure quality of teaching.
