St. Pius X Elementary in North Vancouver is seeking a Teacher on Call (TOC). Candidates must have solid classroom management skills, the ability to follow directions, a willingness to help, and a positive, encouraging demeanour.

BC teaching certification is required; ideally you are a practicing Catholic. This is a Catholic school community within the CISVA, offering ongoing mentorship, a supportive staff, and opportunities to contribute to student learning across K–12 in the Vancouver area.

The Catholic Independent Schools of the Vancouver Archdiocese (the CISVA) operates 46 schools – 40 elementary and 6 high schools. On an on-going basis, we accept teacher applications for grade levels K to 12 for our Catholic schools throughout the Greater Vancouver Area and Powell River in beautiful British Columbia. All Catholics, non-Catholics, new education grads, and experienced teachers from across Canada are strongly encouraged to apply.
