Job summary

Manulife is seeking a Manager, TBM & FinOps to advance transparency of technology costs, mature TBM practices, and expand Apptio usage across Technology and Finance. You'll translate complex data into actionable insights for executives.

Collaborate with engineering, platform, and business teams to enable cost-aware decisions, drive forecasting, showback, and allocation, and support business cases and investment analyses.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in TBM, IT finance, FinOps, or related discipline.
• Experience implementing TBM or FinOps in a complex organization.
• Strong understanding of technology cost structures, allocation methodologies, and financial management.
• Experience working with Apptio or comparable technology cost-management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build technology cost transparency across cloud, infrastructure, software, labour, vendors, AI, and enterprise technology services.
• Advance TBM and Apptio practices across Technology and Finance.
• Enable FinOps through forecasting, allocation, showback, and reporting.
• Partner with Finance and Technology teams to strengthen planning, forecasting, allocation, showback, and chargeback practices.
