Job summary

OLG seeks a Director IT Business Management to lead technology planning, governance and financial stewardship. You will connect strategy, annual planning, and portfolio investments with performance reporting to enable informed leadership decisions.

Expect to establish TBM/FinOps practices, drive cost transparency and value realization, and collaborate with Cloud, Engineering, Data and AI leaders to embed accountability in planning and delivery.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressively senior experience in technology business management.
• 5+ years leading and developing teams.
• Experience with TBM, cloud cost-management and governance processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the IT Business Management team spanning technology planning, performance, portfolio operations, technology acquisition and invoice management.
• Own and orchestrate EIT's annual business-planning process, integrating technology strategy, portfolio investments and financial plans.
• Lead integrated portfolio and performance-management rhythm connecting annual reviews with portfolio reviews to drive decisions.
• Drive technology financial stewardship through analysis, forecasting, cost optimization and performance review.
• Establish and govern FinOps, including cloud cost allocation and cost-to-serve reporting.
• Partner with Finance and Procurement on expenditure controls and supplier governance.
• Lead executive dashboards and value reporting linking spending to outcomes and value realization.
