  • Complete the preparation of the Company’s Canadian corporate tax returns, including leading the preparation and review of annual SR&ED filings
  • Preparation of calculations and working paper schedules in supporting the tax returns
  • Assist in the filing of the Company’s US corporate tax returns
  • Ensure Canadian and US government remittances, including sales taxes, corporate taxes are submitted on time
  • Maintain access and compliance with financial portals and systems for Canadian and US tax filings and regulatory submissions
