PwC Canada is seeking a Tax Credits and Incentives Manager to help clients maximize federal and provincial tax credits and incentives. You will identify, analyze, and track benefits, focusing on Clean Economy ITCs and related programs for energy transition projects.

You will collaborate with engineers and accountants to assess eligibility, support claim preparation, and advise on broader funding opportunities including SR&ED. Strong client-service orientation and leadership are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years in clean technology, energy, critical minerals, electric vehicles or heavy industry, preferably in engineering.
• Experience with Clean Economy ITC program and capital asset classification is an asset.
• SR&ED experience preferred but not required.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret tax legislation and financial aspects of capital asset projects.
• French language required for Quebec-based opportunities; otherwise French is an asset.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with engineers and accountants to assess eligibility and quantify benefits for Clean Economy ITCs.
• Help clients navigate SR&ED credits, R&D tax credits, and other government funding opportunities.
• Provide practical advice to maximize returns from ITCs and incentives.
• Attend client meetings and support CRA reviews.
• Deliver engagements on time and within budget while meeting client expectations.
• Support portfolio management, budgeting, forecasting and billing.
• Contribute to business development by pursuing new opportunities.
• Build technical knowledge and help develop the team’s capabilities.
• Develop approaches to address complex technical and client challenges.
• Support management and delivery of larger, more complex engagements.
