BDO Canada is seeking a Senior Manager for the Credits & Incentives team to lead engagements across Canada, focusing on SR&ED, clean economy incentives, grants, and related programs. You will review capital asset costs, develop funding roadmaps, and maintain strong client relationships.

You will mentor professionals, ensure quality work, and contribute to growth by expanding services and attracting new clients. This role blends advisory leadership with technical excellence.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience supporting capital asset reviews, tax credit claims, grants filings, or related advisory services.
• Strong understanding of Clean Economy Tax Credit programs and related Canadian tax credit landscape.
• Experience leading client engagements and coaching high-performing teams.
• Ability to communicate complex technical matters to clients and teams clearly.
• Teamwork and delivering high-quality work with a client-service mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support Credits & Incentives client engagements, with a focus on Clean Economy tax credits and capital asset or manufacturing tax credits.
• Review and analyze capital asset acquisitions, construction, and installation costs to identify qualified expenditures to maximize available tax credits.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and communicating technical matters, recommendations, and engagement priorities.
• Effectively communicate with clients and team members regarding engagement progress, technical matters, and project priorities.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members while fostering professional growth and technical excellence.
