Job summary

BDO Canada's Credits & Incentives team is seeking a Senior Manager to lead client engagements in the Clean Economy and capital asset tax credits. You will mentor staff, guide engagement priorities, and develop scalable processes across Canada.

You will apply strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to advise on tax credits, grants, and incentives while building lasting client relationships and contributing to revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Requires engineering, science or technology degree and experience in energy, infrastructure, manufacturing or real estate.
• 5+ years in capital asset reviews, tax credit claims, grants filings, or related advisory services.
• Strong understanding of Clean Economy Tax Credit programs and related Canadian tax credits.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Credits & Incentives client engagements, focusing on Clean Economy and capital asset tax credits.
• Review capital asset acquisitions and related costs to maximize eligible tax credits.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, communicating complex matters clearly to clients and teams.
