Job summary

Clean Harbors in Grande Prairie, AB is seeking a Field Laborer to join a safety conscious team. You will assist with safe operation of equipment including High Pressure Units, Chemical, Combo and Vacuum Trucks.

Successful candidates will have a valid Class 5 driver's license, oil field experience, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a team environment. The role emphasizes safety and reliable, hands-on work outdoors.

Qualifications

• Full class 5 Driver’s License (not GDL) required.
• Previous industrial or oil field experience in a labor intensive role is required.
• Experience with Vacuum, Chemical or High Pressure units is required.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in a team and safety-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times;
• Assisting the Operators in the safe operation of all units;
• Ensuring the job site placement of the unit is safe, stable and secure;
• Completing all required paperwork on a daily basis;
• Rigging equipment in and out;
• General clean up and maintenance of units upon completion of the job;
• Provides high levels of customer service with internal employees and external clients.
