Job summary
Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager (TAM) to serve as the principal technical advisor and voice of the customer for Enterprise Support clients. This role spans compute, storage, databases, networking, serverless and more, with a focus on driving adoption of AWS services and maintaining healthy customer environments.
The TAM will engage with startups to Fortune 500s, craft strategic guidance, and travel approximately 10% or more to customer sites as needed.
Qualifications
