Job summary

International Civil Aviation Organization in Montreal is seeking an HR Associate to support Talent and Organizational Development initiatives within the People and Culture transformation. This role focuses on coordination, stakeholder follow‑up and structured outputs across HR initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A Diploma of college studies (DEC) or a first‑level university degree in human resources, business administration, public administration, organizational psychology or a related field.
• Professional certification in HR (e.g. CHRP, SHRM‑CP, CIPD) or organizational development.

Responsibilities

• Support Talent Mobility and career development initiatives and related processes.
• Assist in employee engagement activities, including surveys, focus groups and documentation.
• Maintain trackers for nominations, actions and follow‑ups across programs.
• Prepare workforce reports and summaries for Governing Bodies with coordination and translation where needed.
• Provide operational support for Talent and Organizational Development aligned with ICAO policies.
