TITLE : Talent & Organizational Development Business Partner

Are you also passionate about diving into various areas of organizational development, such as program and policy development, employee engagement, and more? We have the perfect opportunity for you!

As a Talent & Organizational Development Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting our growth objectives by managing the full recruitment cycle for professional and leadership roles based in Quebec and Ontario. You will be an ambassador for our employer brand and a trusted business partner to our managers. You will also contribute to various organizational development initiatives and help design and implement strategies that support our company’s evolution.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Talent Acquisition :

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle—from needs identification to onboarding—for various professional and leadership roles in Quebec and Ontario;
  • Create and write compelling job descriptions that reflect our company culture and provide an engaging candidate experience;
  • Develop and implement innovative and creative recruitment strategies using a wide range of sourcing methods (networking, headhunting, social media, etc.);
  • Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers by providing guidance on best practices in talent selection and onboarding;
  • Build partnerships with academic institutions and recruitment agencies;
  • Represent Yoplait Liberté Canada at job fairs and recruitment events to promote the brand and attract top talent;
  • Coordinate the onboarding process with managers to ensure a structured and welcoming integration;
  • Contribute to HR projects focused on talent retention and continuous improvement of recruitment tools, processes, and practices;
  • Actively support the development and promotion of our employer brand, showcasing our values and unique culture;
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through transparent, human, and engaging communication;
  • Participate in various HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing our talent acquisition practices and employer branding.

Organizational Development :

  • Support the development, updating, and rollout of various internal programs, policies, and procedures;
  • Design and implement a strong onboarding program aligned with best practices to help new employees transition successfully into their roles;
  • Play an active role in the design, planning, coordination, and follow-up of initiatives aimed at boosting employee engagement;
  • Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and tasks that contribute to achieving departmental goals.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources;
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition for corporate roles in both Quebec and Ontario;
  • Demonstrated experience leading various organizational development projects;
  • Creative, proactive, and results-driven mindset;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to act as a trusted business partner;
