Job summary

Harbor is seeking a proactive Talent Operations Coordinator to support onboarding, benefits, data management and compliance across North America and other international regions. This fixed-term maternity cover role collaborates with Talent, IT and Finance teams to ensure smooth processes and a positive employee experience.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in an HR, Talent Coordination, or administrative role.
• Experience in a professional services, corporate, or fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment and attend the Moncton office at least three days per week.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle activities across multiple regions.
• Coordinate onboarding activities, including: Employment contracts and documentation, Welcome communications, New hire gifts, System setup coordination, Buddy assignments, Orientation sessions, Onboarding feedback surveys
• Serve as a point of contact for new hires before and during onboarding.
• Support hybrid office onboarding in Moncton and Chicago, including: Building access and security badges, Workspace setup, Parking arrangements, Related office logistics
• Ensure employee data is accurately recorded and maintained in HR systems.
• Coordinate background checks and pre-employment screening.
• Manage offboarding activities, including documentation, manager checklists, exit meetings, and system access removal.
