Qualifications

• Experience in an assistant, coordinator or operational role in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong acumen with AI tooling and solutions.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail with multi-priority management.
• Ability to create a structured weekly schedule and prioritize effectively.
• Confidence using technology and digital tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication in candidate-facing contexts.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage interview scheduling in partnership with recruiters and hiring teams.
• Communicate clearly with candidates to ensure an exceptional experience.
• Coordinate complex interview schedules across locations and time zones.
• Support recruiters during the recruitment process and participate in kickoff calls.
• Maintain accurate data in ATS and Talent Acquisition databases.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements to speed hiring.
