Key Responsibilities
  1. Talent Champion: Conduct final interviews for key roles and utilize our applicant tracking system for sourcing and hiring.
  2. Training & Development: Manage store training programs and collaborate on ongoing training strategies.
  3. Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews, manage performance issues, and ensure timely feedback.
  4. Operational Excellence: Lead store operations, manage inventory, shipping, receiving, and returns, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  5. Entrepreneurial Spirit: Demonstrate expertise in sales performance, staffing, payroll, and controlling expenses.
Candidate Profile
  • Two to four years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence at all levels.
  • Proven ability to attract and develop store leaders and teams.
