Dulcedo Management in Canada’s largest multidisciplinary talent agency is seeking a Talent Agent Assistant – Influencer to support one of our top agents. You will manage client interactions, organize talent assets in Pipedrive, and assist with brand outreach and sponsorships.
Ideal candidates are recent graduates with a PR/marketing/communications degree, eager to learn, detail-oriented, and passionate about influencer marketing.

We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Agent Assistant – Influencer to provide vital support to one of our top-performing Agents, John Alcaraz! This isn't just a chance to kickstart your career in talent management at Canada’s largest multidisciplinary agency; it's an opportunity to learn directly from John, gaining insider knowledge on the profession. In this role, you’ll help drive day-to-day operations by managing client interactions and data in Pipedrive, organizing talent assets, maintaining sales materials, and coordinating meetings and key events. You’ll play an active role in talent recruitment, assisting with identifying and onboarding new creators, while also supporting outreach to brands and agencies to strengthen strategic partnerships. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about influencer marketing and talent development, and enjoys staying organized while juggling multiple priorities. $40,000 - $45,000 a year
