Job summary

Dulcedo Management, Canada's largest multidisciplinary talent agency, seeks an Agent Assistant – Influencer to support top agents and manage day-to-day talent operations. You\'ll handle client interactions, data in Pipedrive, and coordinate meetings while aiding recruitment and brand outreach.

The role offers exposure to influencer marketing, talent development, and partnership building within a dynamic team across Montreal and Toronto, with remote opportunities globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in PR/marketing/business/communications or related field.
• Strong interest in influencer marketing and creator economy.

Responsibilities

• Scout and onboard new talent, including scheduling intro calls and managing forms.
• Manage Pipedrive and keep pipelines accurate and updated.
• Coordinate scheduling and manage calendar and meetings.
• Support client and brand outreach, join calls and follow-ups.
• Assist with sponsorships, deals, contracts and invoicing.
• Create and organize sales folders, contracts, and talent assets.
• Liaise with Accounting to ensure timely payments.
• Participate in business development meetings and track progress.
• Monitor industry trends and identify growth opportunities.
• Contribute to brand-building and client satisfaction through strong communication.

The Opportunity:

We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Agent Assistant – Influencer to provide vital support to one of our top-performing Agents, John Alcaraz! This isn't just a chance to kickstart your career in talent management at Canada’s largest multidisciplinary agency; it's an opportunity to learn directly from John, gaining insider knowledge on the profession. In this role, you’ll help drive day-to-day operations by managing client interactions and data in Pipedrive, organizing talent assets, maintaining sales materials, and coordinating meetings and key events. You’ll play an active role in talent recruitment, assisting with identifying and onboarding new creators, while also supporting outreach to brands and agencies to strengthen strategic partnerships. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about influencer marketing and talent development, and enjoys staying organized while juggling multiple priorities. Key responsibilities:

• Scout and onboard new talent, including scheduling intro calls and managing forms
• Manage Pipedrive, keeping sales and talent pipelines accurate and up to date
• Coordinate scheduling and manage calendar and meetings
• Support client and brand outreach, joining relevant calls and helping with follow-ups
• Assist with sponsorships and deals, including contract negotiation and invoicing
• Create and organize sales folders, contracts, and talent assets like quarterly planners
• Liaise with Accounting to ensure timely and accurate payments
• Participate in business development meetings, offering input and tracking progress
• Monitor industry trends and help identify growth opportunities for talent and the agency
• Contribute to brand-building efforts and ensure client satisfaction through strong communication

Your profile:

• Recent graduates with a Bachelor’s Degree in PR, marketing, business, communications, and relevant internship experience is a BIG plus!
• Passionate about influencer marketing and the creator economy, eager to learn and grow
• Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail—able to thoroughly review communications and stay on top of follow-ups
• Good eye for talent recruitment and ability to assess quality, authenticity, and influence (QAI)
• Knowledge of and interest in social media marketing, public relations, collaborations, and sponsorships
• Excellent time management and strong work ethic, comfortable juggling multiple priorities
• A strong desire to build a career in talent management and influencer marketing
