Qualifikationen

• Post-secondary education in Human Resources Management, Commerce or Business Administration, Social Services or a related field.
• 2 to 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate, agency or RPO setting.
• Excellent candidate assessment skills and sound hiring judgment.
• Strong sourcing skills and confidence engaging passive candidates.
• Experience with Workday or a comparable ATS, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Knowledge of the construction services industry is an asset.

Aufgaben

• Own full-cycle recruitment across a range of roles, from intake through offer.
• Lead structured intake meetings with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles and timelines.
• Write compelling, inclusive job postings that attract the right talent.
• Screen and assess candidates from direct applications, referrals and Talent Advisor sourcing.
• Proactively source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search and networking.
• Conduct interviews and coach hiring managers on candidate profiles and decisions.
• Manage offers, negotiate with confidence and close candidates.
• Develop creative attraction strategies, including job ads and social media campaigns.
• Build trusted relationships with hiring managers, People & Culture Managers, candidates and TA team members.
• Keep candidate data, dispositions and reporting accurate in Workday, and use hiring metrics to improve speed and quality.
• Contribute to the development and rollout of strategic People & Culture and TA initiatives.
