Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Three to five years of full-cycle recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
  • Experience using ATS/HRIS; ClearCompany experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment standards.
  • Strong interviewing, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Your Impact

You’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle while partnering with hiring managers to attract, assess, hire, and onboard top talent. You’ll also strengthen our employer brand, build future‑ready talent pipelines, and improve recruitment processes through data and insights.

What You’ll Do
  • Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning, role requirements, and recruitment strategies.
  • Create engaging, accurate job descriptions and postings.
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, agencies, professional networks, schools, community partners, and career fairs.
  • Build talent pipelines for current and future opportunities.
  • Screen applicants, conduct interviews, and coordinate the selection process.
  • Manage ATS activity, candidate records, recruitment inquiries, and job postings.
  • Coordinate reference checks, assessments, background checks, compliance clearances, and other pre‑employment requirements.
  • Prepare offers and documentation, then support onboarding and first‑day orientation.
  • Promote opportunities through LinkedIn, Indeed, career pages, events, and other channels.
  • Track recruitment metrics and recommend data‑driven improvements.
  • Advise hiring managers on legislation, policies, and recruitment best practices.
  • Improve the candidate experience, recruitment systems, and internal processes.
  • Support employer branding, employee engagement, training events, HR systems, and special projects.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and provide professional support to candidates and stakeholders.
What You Bring
  • A bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field—or equivalent education and experience.
  • Three to five years of full‑cycle recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
  • Experience using ATS, HRIS, and online sourcing tools; ClearCompany experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment standards, and relevant legislation.
  • Strong interviewing, assessment, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Excellent organization and time management, with the ability to manage multiple searches at once.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and sound judgment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • A professional, service‑focused approach and a continuous improvement mindset.

Experience recruiting across multiple functions and organizational levels is an asset.
