Combined Metal Industries is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team in Vaughan, Canada. This on-site role focuses on full-cycle recruitment across manufacturing, with emphasis on sourcing, interviewing, and driving candidate experiences to support our growth.

Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a role supporting all recruitment requirements for CMI. As a member of the HR team, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for the execution of full life cycle recruitment and processes to support our mission and growth strategy. Reporting to the Director, Human Resources, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will have responsibility for human resources functions, including but not limited to the following:
