What You’ll Do:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinics in Toronto, Oakville, Muskoka, and Collingwood.
  • Design and implement innovative recruitment strategies, including alternative sourcing channels.
  • Partner with hiring managers to proactively identify talent needs and build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Lead talent branding campaigns, measure success through analytics, and provide updates to leadership.
  • Conduct candidate evaluations, schedule and coordinate interviews, and ensure timely communication with candidates.
  • Lead campus recruitment programs and early career initiatives.
  • Build partnerships with colleges and universities to access their talent pools.
  • Measure, track, and report recruitment activities and performance against defined metrics.
  • Deliver best-in-class candidate experiences and client journey roadmaps.

What You’ll Need:

  • Post-secondary degree/diploma in Human Resources or a related discipline.
  • 2-4 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, with experience in both agency and corporate environments involving high-volume recruitment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and client management skills.
  • Results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to deliver results within aggressive deadlines.
  • Advanced sourcing skills, with experience in databases, referrals, and social media.
  • Previous exposure to Workday is an asset.

This is a full-time 12-month contract position working 40 hours per week based on business needs between regular office hours Monday – Friday 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM. Our downtown Toronto clinic is conveniently located at 150 York Street, which is nearby St. Andrew station or a 10-minute walk from Union Station!
