Martin-Brower Canada is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to screen, interview, and hire for distribution centres across the country. You will partner with hiring managers to define needs for hourly and entry-level roles, build a diverse candidate pipeline, and ensure a welcoming candidate experience that reflects the company values.
This role requires bilingual (French and English) communication, 1–2 years of recruiting experience, and knowledge of Canadian employment laws.
Position Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for screening, interviewing, and hiring roles within the distribution centres across Canada, as well as, keeping up to date on legislation that impacts recruiting. This role is responsible for attracting and recruiting top talent to allow the business to achieve its company goals and objectives. As the first point of contact, this role provides a professional, welcoming, and informative candidate experience that reflects the company values.
