Job summary

Reyes Family of Businesses seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to screen, interview, and hire for its distribution centres across Canada. You will attract top talent, ensure a positive candidate experience, and stay compliant with Canadian laws.

You will partner with hiring managers, source candidates, and manage offers and onboarding while promoting our values and total rewards strategy.

Qualifications

1–2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a high-volume environment.
Must be bilingual in French and English.
Proven success delivering recruiting results individually or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong customer management skills with ability to build trust with candidates and hiring managers.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
This position must pass a post-offer background check.

Responsibilities

Work with hiring managers to determine hiring needs for hourly and entry-level salaried roles.
Source candidates using various methods to build a strong pipeline.
Monitor careers sites to ensure postings are current and active.
Screen candidates by resumes, applications, and phone screens.
Ensure screening and hiring comply with Canadian employment laws.
Participate in career/job fairs and recruitment initiatives.
Make job offers and prepare offer packages.
Assist with orientation and onboarding with HR.
