Job summary

American Iron & Metal (AIM) in Lévis, Canada, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to partner with hiring managers and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for multiple business units.

You will own the full recruitment cycle, from postings and sourcing to interviews and offers, while advising on strategies and assessments.

Fluency in French and English, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience managing the full recruitment cycle.
  • Proven ability to source and attract talent in competitive markets.
  • Strong experience managing multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to partner with and influence hiring managers.
  • Solid understanding of recruitment metrics and data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management with focus on candidate experience.
  • Fluent in both French and English; valid driver’s license.

Job Description

Reporting to the Talent acquisition Supervisor, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and will play a key role in maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates for the business units they support.

Qualifications

  • You have demonstrated the ability to partner with and influence hiring managers.
  • You have a solid understanding of recruitment metrics and the ability to leverage data to drive decisions.
  • You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a strong focus on candidate experience.
  • You are fluent in both French and English.
  • You hold a valid driver’s license.
