Our national network includes over 12,000 healthcare and support professionals across Canada.Reporting to the National Manager, Talent Acquisition - Rehabilitation Services, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead full life cycle recruitment efforts for our Rehabilitation clinics in the Atlantic region. In this role, you will be working closely with all stakeholders to understand the needs of the business, while collaborating with your HR colleagues and peers, to identify and attract great talent and ultimately deliver the best client and candidate experience. This is an exceptional opportunity for a resourceful and experienced recruiter who enjoys a challenge, likes diversity in their work, and has the ability to strategically source talent at all levels. This role is home-based in any of the Atlantic Provinces, with some travel to clinics and events across the region as needed.
