Title: Bilingual - Talent Acquisition Specialist

In this role, you will:
- Embodies the CRC culture and exemplify the CRC values, including on social media.
- Proactively develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to continually build and maintain talent pools.
- Engage in all recruitment activities necessary to fill open positions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Report accurate recruitment data daily.
- Build recruiting tools to shortlist, screen, and interview the best candidates based on Hiring Managers' needs and Diversity and Inclusion standards.
- Carry out all necessary onboarding steps before handing the candidate to the next department.
- Ensure a positive customer experience for both Candidates and Hiring Managers.
- Represent the Talent Acquisition team during the weekend shift.
- Participate in the development of the Talent Acquisition Department.
What we are looking for:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
- Proven ability to meet targets, respect deadlines, and work in a fast-paced and independent environment.
- Ability to build confidence and strong relationships with hiring managers and business partners.
- Proven success using a variety of sourcing strategies, including proactive sourcing techniques using social media and referral generation.
- Demonstrates rigor, consistency, and adaptability in performing various tasks.
- Capacity to use critical thinking with minimal supervision to ensure operational continuity.
