Job summary

Corpay is seeking a focused recruiter to attract and assess candidates for open roles across our global business. You will drive the sourcing strategy, leverage modern channels, and partner with hiring teams to fill roles efficiently.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Experience sourcing for Operations, professional, IT and/or sales.
  • Proven ability to strategize, prioritize and develop creative new methods to attract talent to fuel candidate pipelines.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge in MS Office and database systems such as ATS programs.
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of behavioral, situational and/or competency based interviewing techniques.
