Nationex is looking for a person with a passion for recruitment for its new position of Manager, Talent Acquisition. Your responsibilities:

Leadership and management:

  • Act as an ambassador for our culture, our Gestionex management standard and our Force N values (Flexibility, Customer-Oriented, Reinvented, Collaboration and Commitment).
  • Provide close leadership with our Talent Acquisition Coordinator.
  • Structure and continuously improve talent acquisition processes.
  • Participate in and contribute to the extended Executive Committee.

Attraction and recruitment:

  • Ensure a smooth candidate experience, from attraction to the end of the first week of onboarding.
  • Develop recruitment KPIs and ensure that targets are met.
  • Define and execute the talent acquisition strategy for all types of positions.
  • Perform strategic recruitment and talent hunting for key positions.
  • Act as a support in volume recruitment during periods of overload.
  • Analyze the job market and propose consistent salary offers.

Employer Branding and Outreach:

  • Develop and pilot initiatives to strengthen our attractiveness on the job market.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to create engaging and relevant content.
  • Establish partnerships with schools, associations and job forums.

Projects and innovation:

  • Contribute to various projects related to talent acquisition and retention.
  • Analyze market trends and recommend adjustments to recruitment practices.

If you have the following qualifications, we would be privileged to have you on the team:

  • University degree in business administration, industrial relations or related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in a similar role, including headhunting and executive recruitment.
  • Excellent knowledge of recruitment tools (ATS, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • Experience in personnel management is an asset.
