Pursuit Attractions and Hospitality is seeking a Talent Acquisition leader to oversee Canada and the US, building talent pipelines and driving performance across locations including Calgary, Banff and Jasper. Travel to other sites may be required, with eligibility to work in Canada and residence in the target regions.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership, sourcing strategy development, and a strong focus on improving recruitment metrics and candidate experience.

Competenze

• 7+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, including 3+ years leading a recruiting function or team in a multi-site, high-volume environment.
• Strong fluency with applicant tracking systems (enterprise ATS experience required; Workday and Paradox Recruiting experience preferred).
• Highly data-literate, with experience using recruiting analytics, dashboards, and KPI scorecards to diagnose issues, refine strategies, and report to senior leadership.

• Lead and manage talent acquisition initiatives across Canada and the US, focusing on high-volume recruitment for front-line positions and operation leaders.
• Collaborate with Operations teams to identify talent needs and deliver creative, efficient solutions throughout the entire talent lifecycle.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive Talent Acquisition Plan that aligns with business goals, ensuring an outstanding recruitment process.
