Job summary

PASS is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Bilingual FR/EN) to support high-volume recruitment efforts at our Vancouver area office near YVR. You will partner with hiring managers, source candidates, and coordinate events while upholding PASS’s brand and DE&I commitments.

• 1-3 years of progressive experience in a Talent Acquisition role.
• RAIC holder or able to obtain Transport Security Clearance upon hire.
• Clear criminal background record.
• Fluency in French is required.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate across audiences with diplomacy and confidentiality.
• Attention to detail and accountability to high standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop intake meetings with hiring managers to understand position requirements and business needs.

• Screen and interview large volumes of candidates to maintain healthy pipelines.
• Represent PASS as a brand ambassador at internal and external events.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and other departments to meet staffing goals.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics and KPI’s for continuous improvement.
• Provide insights and recommendations on recruitment practices to improve processes.
• Support DE&I hiring practices in collaboration with stakeholders.

What does a Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Bilingual FR/EN) do?

You will use your experience in Talent Acquisition, organization, strategy and communication to support the high-volume and high performing Talent Acquisition team through:

• Developing a working knowledge of position requirements and business needs by conducting intake meeting with hiring managers
• Building effective and strategic recruitment initiates to support attraction and retention of high-volume and niche top-talent
• Sourcing and establishing core partnerships with agencies and educational institutions
• Screening and interviewing high volumes of candidates to ensure healthy pipelines
• Acting as brand ambassador for PASS at internal and external hiring and career events
• Collaborating effectively within the Talent Acquisition team and with other departments and stakeholders
• Tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics and KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators)
• Providing insights and recommendations on recruitment practices with an aim for continuous improvement and process effectiveness
• Collaborating with stakeholders and hiring managers to support DE&I hiring practices

What you bring to PASS

• You have 1-3 years of progressive experience in a Talent Acquisition Role
• You are a valid RAIC holder or are able to obtain your Transport Security Clearance (upon successful hire)
• You have a clear criminal background record
• Fluency in French is required
• You are able to effectively and collaboratively work in a team environmentYou have a demonstrated ability to communicate well across various audiences and stakeholders with diplomacy, tact and confidentiality
• You have a keen eye for detail and hold yourself accountable to high standards
• You thrive in high volume, fast-paced and evolving environment

Salary Range: $60,000 - $65,000

This role is fully based on-site at our office in Vancouver International Airport (YVR) and requires fluency in French.
