Job summary

Air Canada Rouge in Montreal is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to drive end-to-end recruitment, focusing on high-volume Flight Attendant hiring. You’ll manage scheduling, events, candidate communications and onboarding tasks to ensure a professional candidate experience from application through integration into the team.

Great candidates will have 1–3 years in recruitment coordination or HR admin, strong MS Office and ATS skills, bilingual English/French, and the flexibility to travel

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment coordination or HR administration, high-volume preferred.
• Experience supporting end-to-end recruitment processes and candidate communications.
• Proficiency with calendar management and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full-cycle mass recruitment for Flight Attendants and other roles, including postings, screening, scheduling, and onboarding.
• Organize high-volume hiring events with logistics, catering, communications and follow-up.
• Manage conditional offers and pre-employment checks such as background screening and references.
• Prepare recruitment communications and candidate documentation; support onboarding with Hiring Managers.
