Job summary

Recruiting In Motion - Eastern Ontario is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to manage full-cycle recruitment across mid-to-high volume and specialized roles. You will partner with hiring managers to craft strategies, build talent pipelines, and ensure a superior candidate experience while optimizing the ATS.

You will source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and internal postings; screen applicants; coordinate interviews; and drive offers and onboarding.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Experience with head hunting and proactive candidate sourcing.
• Experience administering and optimizing an ATS; Oracle experience is an asset.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in HR, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
• French/English bilingualism is an asset, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from intake and sourcing through interviews, offers, references, and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies and job descriptions.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, internal postings, networking, and other creative channels.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
• Build and maintain pipelines of qualified active and passive candidates.
• Manage requisitions, candidate records, approvals, and recruitment reporting within the ATS.
• Prepare offer details, coordinate approvals, and manage verbal and electronic offer processes.
• Complete reference checks and coordinate new-hire and first-day logistics.
• Support employer branding initiatives, including LinkedIn job postings and campus/industry networking events.
• Partner with ATS vendors to troubleshoot issues and improve recruitment processes and workflows.
• Provide regular recruitment updates and activity reports to key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience with head hunting and proactive candidate sourcing.
• Previous experience administering and optimizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); Oracle experience is an asset.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
• Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced corporate environment.
• French/English bilingualism is an asset, but not required.
