Groupe Mach Inc. in Montreal is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor for a one-year contract to independently manage recruitment assignments and serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers.

This maternity leave replacement role covers recruitment across Quebec, Ontario, and Nova Scotia, handling sourcing, assessment, and onboarding to support company growth. The position emphasizes attracting top talent, advising hiring managers, and applying best practices to ensure a smooth candidate

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent experience.
• At least one year of experience in talent acquisition.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with an applicant tracking system (Dayforce a plus).
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from needs assessment to onboarding across Quebec, Ontario, and Nova Scotia.
• Conduct sourcing activities to attract the best candidates for each role.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent, both active and passive.
• Advise and support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, acting as a subject matter expert and strategic partner.
• Promote and apply best practices in candidate assessment, selection, and candidate experience to ensure a smooth, fair, and effective recruitment process.
