Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Mississauga is seeking a talent acquisition professional for a 12–15 month contract to support engineering, construction, and project-driven operations. You will manage full-cycle recruitment, build strong partnerships with hiring managers, and implement proactive sourcing campaigns to attract top talent.

The role requires expertise in candidate sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter, and using ATS platforms, with a focus on delivering scalable hiring solutions in a hybrid work environment

Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to attract and engage talent through networking, cold calling, and campaigns.
• Proficiency in sourcing tools and recruitment technology including LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
