Job summary

Harry Rosen in-store Tailorshop Supervisor role to lead a team of tailors, ensure deadlines and top quality across luxury menswear including jackets, pants and shirts.

You will schedule Tailoring Associates, manage shop operations, maintain safety and drive exceptional client service and loyalty.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Tailoring: ensure finished products meet HR quality and timing standards.
• Safety: maintain a clean, safe and fully supplied work area.
• Teamwork: promote positive working relationships and respect skill levels.
• HR/Leadership: schedule tailoring associates and maintain shop structure.
• Administration: manage the Tailor Shop operations and rush orders.
• Workload: distribute workload and assess shop capacity.

What You'll Do:1. TailoringEnsure finished product reflects HR quality and timing standardsAlter garments according to pin or chalk marks made by FitterPerforming special request services2. SafetyMaintain a clean, safe and fully supplied working areaClean equipment and surrounding area upon completion3. TeamworkPromote positive working relationshipsRespect the skill levels of all store contributors4. Human Resources/ LeadershipSchedule Tailoring AssociatesMaintain organizational structure in the Tailor ShopInitiate ways to increase shop efficiency5. Administration Management of Tailor ShopEnsure the smooth operation of tailoring servicesManage rush orders6.
