Summary

Provide professional tailoring services within the store to ensure proper fit, marking, altering, and pressing of garments while working closely with Store Management and Sales Assistants to deliver a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Adjust suits, coats, shirts and trousers including shortening and lengthening
• Taper sides of garments and trouser thighs and foot widths
• Take in or let out trouser waists and alter collars
• Ensure proper sizing of clients through fittings and measurements
• Press and finish garments to high quality standards
• Maintain a clean and neat tailor shop workspace
• Work efficiently to meet delivery timelines for tailored items
• Collaborate with store team to support customer service and sales
