Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in web analytics, digital advertising, or technical customer support.

Responsibilities

• Resolve tag tickets in SFDC in adherence with SLAs.
• Join calls with sellers and advertisers to facilitate quicker resolution of Tag implementation issues.
• Adhere to all support framework processes and escalation paths.
• Provide the SP Manager with visibility into themes, trends, and insights surfaced through tag tickets.
• Proactively communicate tag product updates or changes to the sales team via the Tag newsletter or other methods.
• Source and consolidate seller feedback to deliver voice-of-sales input to product teams.
• Maintain documentation, how-tos, and FAQs to scale tag knowledge across the sales floor.
• Collaborate with L&D teams to deliver trainings and surface coaching opportunities to sales managers.
• Measure the impact of tag implementation improvements using the Tag Revenue Dashboard.
