Job summary

GardaWorld is seeking highly motivated Tactical Security Guards to maintain a safe environment in Belleville, Ontario. You will protect people and property, enforce procedures, and provide excellent service to staff and visitors.

The role requires a strong security presence, clear communication, good judgement, and the ability to respond effectively to incidents and emergencies in a fast-paced setting. Starting pay is $19.31 per hour, with full-time hours and benefits.

Qualifications

• Be authorized to work in Canada.
• Hold a valid security license.
• First aid certification required.
• Ability to stand and walk throughout shift.
• Ability to pass Use of Force and NVCI.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety of people and property.
• Provide exceptional customer service to staff and visitors.
• Enforce safety procedures and standards.
• Escort and assist staff/visitors as needed.
• Intervene during an emergency or crisis.
• Monitor CCTV systems, access control systems, and other security equipment.
• Be able to work well in stressful settings.
