Job summary

Paladin Security is recruiting Security Officers to support Critical Infrastructure Protection Program. Officers will provide proactive patrols, access control, project asset protection, and incident response at high-profile utility facilities throughout the Lower Mainland.

Training includes LMS training, site orientation, and exposure to SOPs/Security Operational Plans. Roles include full-time, part-time, and casual/relief with an end date of nov 30, 2026, offering opportunities to join

Qualifications

• Valid BC Security Worker License is required.
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License with clean abstract.
• Reliable personal transportation.
• Strong communication and report-writing skills.
• Ability to work independently during overnight shifts.
• Eligibility to work in Canada.

• Conduct proactive exterior patrols.
• Protect project assets and critical infrastructure.
• Monitor laydown and construction areas.
• Perform access control duties.
• Detect and report suspicious activity.

About the Role
