Qualifications

• Valid Alberta Security License.
• Experience in security, law enforcement, or military is an asset.
• Prior experience in retail or mall security is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong security presence and deter criminal activity.
• Conduct patrols inside and outside the mall to ensure safety of tenants, employees, and customers.
• Respond to security incidents, disturbances, and emergencies in a professional and tactical manner.
• Assist with crowd control and crisis management as needed.
• Enforce mall policies, trespassing regulations, and applicable laws.
• Prepare detailed reports on security incidents and daily activities.
• Collaborate with mall management, law enforcement, and emergency services when necessary.
