Job summary

Softline Technology Inc. is seeking a QA Specialist to lead testing efforts across GUI and non-GUI environments. You will develop test plans and scripts, execute comprehensive tests, and collaborate with project teams to ensure quality across releases.

You will design automated tests, integrate them into CI/CD, and perform performance testing while ensuring compliance with accessibility standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in executing testing activities for large complex systems.
• Develop test plans, test scripts and expected results for complex systems.
• Experience in automated test and performance test scenarios.
• Experience with automated and manual testing tools and issue tracking software.

Responsibilities

• Provides advice on testing strategy, test plans, tools, and resources.
• Plans and organizes testing for GUI and non-GUI environments including integration tests.
• Develops and maintains test plans, scripts and cases; works with project teams.
• Executes functional, integration, system and regression tests.
• Validates system behavior under various conditions and documents results.
• Identifies and tracks defects using ALM, JIRA, Bugzilla, Azure DevOps.
• Works with developers to reproduce and resolve issues.
• Develops automated test scripts and integrates tests into CI/CD.
• Conducts performance, stress, and load testing; ensures scalability.
• Familiar with AODA and related accessibility standards.
