Kongsberg Geospatial is seeking a Systems Engineer to join our growing Ottawa office. This role supports the 212 Alpha submarine project and other large, multi-stakeholder programs with external customers and subcontractors.
The position is hybrid, with time in Ottawa and Norway, and occasional international travel. The successful candidate will have 3+ years in Systems Engineering, with experience across engineering lifecycles, and strong communication skills.

Kongsberg Geospatial is seeking a Systems Engineer to join our growing Ottawa office. This role is being brought on to support the 212 Alpha project which will focus on the design and development of a submarine for the international market, in addition to other large, multi-stakeholder programs where exposure to working with external customers and subcontractors will be essential. The successful candidate will possess a deep knowledge of design principles and engineering process. The systems engineer will have had experience with design and integration of various subsystems and has prepared or contributed to bids and proposals.
This is a hybrid position working out of our Ottawa, Ontario office with time spent in Norway in addition to occasional international travel.
The base salary range for this role is $89,000 - $130,000. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors including job-related skills, experience and relevant education or training.
