isgSearch in Toronto, Canada seeks a Senior PeopleSoft Systems Analyst to analyze business requirements and recommend PeopleSoft solutions for HR and payroll processes.

You will provide technical expertise across HCM modules, upgrades, testing, and production operations, collaborating with stakeholders to improve HR and payroll processes. This on-site role requires five days per week in a public sector environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with PeopleSoft HCM, PUM and PeopleTools upgrades, Fluid, and Classic Plus.
• Experience in systems design, development, testing, and implementation, particularly HR, Absence Management, Time and Labor, Payroll, and Benefits Administration.
• Ability to evaluate technical options and recommend effective system enhancements.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical system solutions.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and technical documentation skills.
• Knowledge of project management, enterprise HCM upgrades, implementation planning, and change management.

Mandatory Requirements
