Job summary

Bevertec in Toronto is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst (Maximo) for a contract role, starting 2026-09-21 and ending 2027-09-20. The role requires deep Maximo expertise (v8/v7), asset management, maintenance planning, and integrations, and is hybrid with three onsite days.

Ideal candidates have a university degree in Business Admin / IT, strong documentation of as-is/to-be processes, BPMN, QA/testing including UAT, and familiarity with HP ALM. Public sector experience preferred.

• Experience with Maximo implementation for asset management, maintenance & work orders via web/geospatial/mobile tech.

Ideal Candidate Rate: CAD 80-85/Hr (Depending on the experience)

Must Have:

• 10+ years’ experience with Maximo (v8 or v7), Technical/Functional Skills with strong Expertise in IBM Maximo Asset Management / IBM Maximo Application Suite.
• University degree in Business Administration or Information Systems or Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
• Minimum ten (10) years of experience evaluating, recommending, and documenting business workflow, procedures, roles & responsibilities and systems integration and conversion strategies. Considerable experience documenting "as-is" and designing "to-be" business processes, utilizing Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) standard.
• Experience in QA and testing techniques, including planning, creating test data, and conducting functional testing, facilitating UAT and other types of testing in an enterprise environment; experience with HP ALM suite would be an asset.
• Experience with Maximo implementation is an important requirement, most notably serving the areas of asset management, including planning, preventative maintenance, capital project delivery, contract/vendor management, service requests and work orders using web, geospatial and mobile technology.
