  • Collaborate with business users, vendors, and the IT team to manage testing, release activities, system integrations, and change communications to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Define reporting and data requirements and partner with technical teams to deliver meaningful dashboards, insights, and data-driven solutions that improve decision-making.
  • Promote strong governance, security, and compliance practices by ensuring solutions align with organizational standards and regulatory requirements, including privacy and information security obligations.

  • Proven project coordination experience, including project planning, resource and vendor management, risk identification, release coordination, and the use of project management and agile tools such as Jira, Asana, MS Project, or Azure DevOps.
  • Strong written communication skills to prepare business cases, requirements documents, solution designs, project plans, status reports, testing materials, and documentation.
  • Demonstrate strong professional judgment, initiative, and accountability in managing analysis and project coordination activities.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to learn new technologies and translate business needs into effective technology solutions.
  • Will be required to be onsite at HQ (Oak Hammock Marsh) between one and three days per week as operational requirements dictate.
