Conduct discovery, requirements analysis, and workflow mapping that gives delivery teams the clarity they need to build the right systems.

Role overview

Quix is looking for a Systems Analyst with the depth and discipline to work effectively in complex enterprise environments. This role is for someone who can engage stakeholders, map operational workflows, document system behavior, and produce analysis artifacts that engineering, architecture, and delivery teams can build from — without ambiguity, without gaps.

Work is calm, technical, and delivery-focused. You’ll help teams make durable decisions in enterprise environments where reliability and operational clarity matter.

What You’ll Do

• Lead discovery and requirements-gathering sessions with enterprise clients and internal stakeholders.
• Map current-state system landscapes, data flows, and business processes with precision and structure.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, workflow diagrams, and system behavior documentation.
• Identify system gaps, integration requirements, and process improvement opportunities.
• Maintain traceability between business requirements and technical design decisions throughout delivery.
• Collaborate with solution architects and delivery leads to validate that requirements are understood and addressed.
• Support user acceptance testing by defining test scenarios and acceptance criteria from documented requirements.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience conducting systems analysis, requirements gathering, and process mapping in enterprise contexts.
• Ability to work with both business users and technical teams, translating between perspectives effectively.
• Proficiency producing structured analysis documentation: BRDs, functional specs, use case models, and data flow diagrams.
• Experience with enterprise platforms and an understanding of how enterprise systems interact at an operational level.
• Systematic approach to requirements traceability and change management.
• Clear written communication and facilitation skills for complex stakeholder environments.

Nice to Have

• Experience with business process modeling notations: BPMN, UML activity diagrams, or equivalent.
• Background in enterprise software platforms: ERP, CRM, ITSM, or data platforms.
• Exposure to agile and waterfall delivery frameworks and their respective documentation norms.

Clear, accurate requirements and process documentation eliminate the ambiguity that causes rework, integration failures, and scope drift — giving engineering and architecture teams the basis they need to design and build correctly the first time.
