Define integration strategies, API contracts, and data flow patterns that connect enterprise platforms, legacy systems, and cloud-native services.

Quix is looking for an Enterprise Integration Architect who can bring structure and rigor to the work of connecting complex systems. This role is for someone who understands integration as a discipline — not just a technical task — and who can guide teams through decisions on data contracts, messaging patterns, transformation layers, and operational handoff in environments where reliability and consistency are not optional.

Work is calm, technical, and delivery-focused. You’ll help teams make durable decisions in enterprise environments where reliability and operational clarity matter.

What You’ll Do

• Define integration architecture patterns for enterprise platform-to-platform, API, and event-driven connectivity.
• Design data contracts, schema management, and transformation pipelines across heterogeneous system boundaries.
• Assess legacy system capabilities, constraints, and risks when defining integration approaches.
• Lead technical integration reviews and document architectural decisions for client and internal delivery teams.
• Establish governance patterns for API versioning, deprecation, access control, and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with cloud, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure integration designs translate to reliable implementations.
• Support integration testing, monitoring strategy, and operational readiness planning.

What We’re Looking For

• Deep understanding of REST, SOAP, GraphQL, EDI, and event-based messaging patterns.
• Experience with integration platforms: MuleSoft, Azure Integration Services, IBM MQ, Kafka, or equivalents.
• Ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders on integration design and risk.
• Strong documentation and communication discipline suited to enterprise delivery environments.
• Experience with data governance, compliance constraints, and regulated system integration.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics integration scenarios.
• Background in enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman.
• API Management platform experience: Azure APIM, Kong, Apigee, or AWS API Gateway.

Integration architecture determines how reliably enterprise systems communicate, how data flows remain consistent under change, and how new capabilities can be connected without disrupting existing operations.
